This newspaper article features the Kensington business men who played major roles in the Pennsylvania Rapid Transit strike of 1910. A caption for a featured photo reads: "A delegation of prominent merchants of the northeast section of the city went to the City Hall yesterday afternoon to [illegible] to act in a settlement of the car strike. THey were unable to enter the Council chamber, but saw Select Councilman Buchholz who assured them that their resolution would be given consideration. THe merchant shown in the etching, reading from left to right, are H. Schiffman, John Leet, Frank Wolf, F.H. Hetherington, R. Wallenstein and Harry Schoenhall.
